Over the past few years, I’ve noticed a growing disconnect between employers and the newest generation entering the workforce: Gen Z. Many organizations struggle to attract, understand, and retain young talent. At the same time, my peers often express that they don’t quite “fit” into the traditional workplace mold: they crave more than just a job; they want purpose, flexibility, authenticity, and a sense of belonging. As a Gen Z professional myself, I’ve lived both sides of this experience. I understand what drives my generation, but I also understand the expectations and pressures faced by companies trying to stay relevant and competitive in a fast-changing world. >br> That’s why I started this consultancy: to bridge the gap between Gen Z and the workplace. I help organizations better understand, engage, and collaborate with young professionals through tailored workshops, training, and fresh strategies rooted in psychology, lived experience, and future- focused thinking.

While Azou Consulting is still in its early stages, the work behind it has been years in the making. Our approach is grounded in academic research, lived experience, and deep insights into what drives Gen Z at work. From studying psychology and organizational behavior to working within today’s evolving workforce, our foundation is built on curiosity, empathy, and a bold desire to do things differently. We’ve already started conversations with professionals, piloted workshop concepts, and built a growing community around workplace transformation. This is just the beginning—but the vision is big, and the impact is already in motion.
